What is the process to build a custom tiny home?
The first step in our process is to fill out our contact form, which helps us understand your needs and preferences. Following this, we schedule a call or a Zoom meeting to discuss your project in detail. If you decide to proceed, a non-refundable deposit of $5,000 CAD is required to begin the design phase and secure a spot in our building schedule. The payment structure then follows a specific schedule throughout the build process. We also offer complete site setups for an additional fee.
How much does an off-grid tiny home cost?
An off-grid package typically adds an additional $30,000 CAD to the base cost of your home.
